Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Inventory
When attempting to Enter Lot during Transact Move Order line,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

APP-FND-01238: Cannot Set Value for Field LOT_ENTRY.LAST_UPDATED_BY.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Switch to Inventory Responsibility
2. Navigate to Move Orders > Transact Move Order form
3. Query related Move Order
4. Click on View/Update Allocations
5. Select Lot/Serial Entry form to enter data
