On : 12.2.4 version, Project Definition

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to Delete sub project association from front end from Projects


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Delete process should get complete in few minutes


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Projects -> Tasks -> Task Options -> Subproject Association
 
Delete the sub project number and save then form hangs
