Symptoms

When attempting to roles to user,
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Oracle Applications with SYSADMIN user
2. Click on CRM HTML Administration responsibility
3. Click on User Management function under Setup >Users >Registration
4. Enter existing User Name and click Go
5. Click on user name
6. User detail page opens
7. Click on Roles button
8. Try assigning roles and click on Update
