Symptoms

When attempting to access or update the goal results in appraisal, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log on to the Applications.

2. Choose the Manager Self-Service responsibility.

3. Choose the Performance Management function.

4. Click on the Appraisal tab.

5. Click the Appraise icon for one of the appraisals in progress.

6. Click the Access Goal Results button.

7. Click the Access Goal Results icons for one of the goals.

8. Enter information for the goal.

9. Click the Apply and Update Next button.
