Symptoms

When attempting to create AR Receipt in Receipt Workbench , the following error is encountered

FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01502


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Receivables Manager

2. Navigation: Receipts > Receipts

3. Try to create the receipt -> Save

4. Error: FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01502.
