Symptoms

On Sales Orders Lines, below error message occurs when trying to enter a number greater than 5 Characters in the field Secondary Quantity (ORDERED_QUANTITY2)
 

ERROR

ORA-06502 : Numeric or value error number: precision too large in Package oe_line_util procedure Sync Dual Qty

When creating the order, receives error:
Note: No UOM conversion is available for UOMs <UOM code>
Please enter the UOM conversion in Inventory

NOTES

Has already applied <Patch 28210105>:R12.ONT.B
  OEXULINB.pls 120.67.12010000.138
  OEXULINS.pls 120.5.12010000.3

STEPS
---------

Note: UOM conversions are setup.

1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to: Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
3. Enter order line
4. On secondary quantity enter values greater than 5 numbers. Error above is shown.
