Error 'You have insufficient privileges for the current operation.' When Accessing GSP Approval Page (Doc ID 2591429.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.7 version, GSP

When selecting approval button on Grade Step Progression Approval Page, while using a custom responsibility,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
'You have insufficient privileges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administrator.'



Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login into Oracle Apps.
2. Choose the custom HRMS responsibility.
3. Navigate to Progression Approval menu function.

Error message occurs.
