ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When running "Audit Report (PDF)" using parameter "User" or leaving it blank is giving different results.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Information should be similar no matter the "User" parameter being set or not.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute "Audit Report (PDF)" using parameter "User" and then submit same report with "User" parameter blank
2. Observe different results for same element entry
