Unable to update user task type for cycle count tasks from Warehouse Control Board

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should be able to validate and update user task type for cycle count tasks from Warehouse Control Board

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define cycle count and generate cycle count entries
2. Query for Pending Cycle count tasks in WCB.
3. On a cycle count task, click "Manage" and select new task type in User Task Type LoV.
4. Click on Save Action and Execute Now
5. Warehouse Control Board shows new task type that was selected in LoV.
6. Click on Save icon. Status bar shows "1 record(s) saved."
7. Requery the task. User Task Type is not changed.
