When Adding/Updating Successor In Succession Planning, System Error: Procedure per_suc_shd.constraint_error at Step 10 Cause (Doc ID 2591842.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add the Successor in the Succession Planning, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
Error Message 1: The business group specified is invalid cause: You have specified an incorrect business group identifier or name. Action: Correct the business group value or call local support representative.
2: System Error: Procedure per_suc_shd.constraint_error at Step 10 Cause: The procedure per_suc_shd.constraint_error has created an error at Step 10. Action: Contact your System Administrator quoting the procedure per_suc_shd.constraint_error and Step 10.







STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using Manager Self Service responsibility

2. Navigate to Succession planning

3. Click on Create plan

Enter the details for Succession Plan for: Employee
Employee Name: YYY
Click on “Add Successor

Select Employee Name: ZZZ
Earliest Date: 12/02/2019
Click on “Apply"

4. Get error
