Information in this document applies to any platform.

When attempting to price a rebook contract using a stream with the Purpose Billing Adjustment for a Payment that contains negative amounts,
the following error occurs.

ORA-06511: PL/SQL: cursor already open in Package OKL_LA_STREAM_PVT Procedure ADJUST_STREAMS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Rebook a contract
2. Add the following Payment to the contract:
  a. Use a Stream Type with the Purpose Billing Adjustment
  b. Structure the payment so that it will bill monthly with negative
amounts until the last period where the last payment is a positive
amount that bills the sum of the absolute value of all of the negative amounts.
For example, if the Term is 12...
  1. 11 Periods of -10
  2. 1 Period of 110
3. Price the contract.
