Why Is The Descriptive Flexfield Context Value Field Greyed Out and Not Updateable When Enabled (Doc ID 2592215.1)

Goal

A new Descriptive Flexfield has been created, but the Context Value field is protected from update.

The flexfield has been created using the Synchronize With Reference Field option checked and the Reference Field is using the value $PROFILES$.ORG_ID for the reference.

The Context Field Values are using the operating unit org_id's.
