Symptoms

After upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.8 version, the Autoinvoice Import Program completed in error. The Log file shows the following error:

APP-AR-11526: ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource

APP-AR-11526: 24294359/ar/lib/raacit.lpc 400
Error calling raacit()


STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Responsibility: Receivables Manager
2. Navigation: View > Requests >
    Submit Autoinvoice Import Program

Changes

 Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.8
