On : 12.2 version, BI Publisher Desktop

While previewing recent report changes in BI Publisher Desktop on Windows, the output can not be generated for either PDF or Excel and
the following error occurs.

ERROR

For PDF Output:
C:\Users\
Windows cannot find 'C:\Users\firstname'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

For Excel Output:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the RTF Template
2. Load sample XML sample data successfully.
3. Attempt to preview to PDF or Excel format.
