On : 12.2.5 version, Core Payroll - General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
pay_latest_balances does not show the record even if value exists for the balance.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
pay_latest_balances should show the value

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run payroll
2. Check the value for the balance in View Results or SOE
3. Check in pay_latest_balances
