Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Wireless/WAP-Test/Production instance

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the Debrief page when attempting to view the Business process or Service activity LOV of Material debrief line the browser hangs.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should show the  Material debrief line's Business process or Service activity LOV values without browser hangs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Logged into to MFS Wireless Browser
2. Query for Task
3. Trying to Open saved Material debrief lines.
4. Service activity LOV not showing values
5. Browser hangs.
