Planned Shipment Interface errors with the following:


Delivery XXXXX can not be assigned to the trip. The drop-off location is an internal customer location and is different from the delivery's ultimate drop-off location.

- internal location of the customer's registry is correct
- setup performed on the carrier data in OM is correct
- no customizations exist in the process

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an order and progress
2. Run Planned Shipment Interface to plan deliveries in OTM
