Goal

Is there any API to mass update Supplier Site Bill_To_Location?

There are several PO's with multiple suppliers that are in an incomplete state due to inactive Bill_To_Location. The locations are now inactive. Can we update with a newly active Bill_To_Location at supplier sites level?
