ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Activation program has a performance issue.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the program to not have a performance issue.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a contract with more Assets than is set in the Profile Option OKL: Contract Total Asset Lines
so that the Activation request will be used to Book the contract.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the contract is not Booked as quickly as expected.
