The Connection To The Supplier Website Cannot Be Established While Executing Punchout (Doc ID 2594281.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 and higher version, Punchout to Supplier or hub

When attempting to Punchout,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

java.io.IOException: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Remote host closed connection during handshake
at sun.security.ssl.SSLSocketImpl.readRecord(SSLSocketImpl.java:965)

.........................
Caused by: java.io.EOFException: SSL peer shut down incorrectly
at sun.security.ssl.InputRecord.read(InputRecord.java:482)
at sun.security.ssl.SSLSocketImpl.readRecord(SSLSocketImpl.java:946)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log to iProcurement responsibility
2. Click Punchout link
3. Error is shown
