Users Are Able To Select Inventory Organizations Outside the Operating Unit In Blanket Release (Doc ID 2594467.1)

Goal

Users are able to change the Inventory organization in Shipments to a Inventory Organization which is under different Operating unit.

 

So the Operating unit for Inventory Organization and Operating unit used in Blanket Release are different. Why is this allowed ? How can this be restricted ?
