Problem Statement:

Leave balances are not shown correctly when Net Entitlement link is clicked first time.

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Goto Employee Self Service

2. Enter Absence Details

3. Click on Net Entitlement link to view balance
