Symptoms

When attempting to do inter org transfer of asset,  the following error occurs.

ERROR

APP-FND-00756: Cannot find combination CCID=XXXXX CODE=MSTK SET=XXX


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintenance super user
2. Go to Assets-> Rebuildable Inventory
3. Search the rebuildable in the new org
