Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Time zone for some date fields for order release/shipment screen is not following the timezone mentioned in user preference applied to the user/role.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User expecting to display the dates in Order releases and Shipments to User preference date.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a User preference with preferred timezone
2. Attach this user preference to the user
3. Search any order release or shipment Dates in the results screen
4. The dates are displayed in different timezone format
