Error When Adding Service Items To A HTML Quote (Doc ID 2594914.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, HTML User Interface

The following error is seen when adding Service Items to a HTML quote
 


ERROR
-----------------------
"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance."

The Error details show:
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException:
JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation.  Statement: SELECT * FROM
(SELECT
msiv.inventory_item_id ordered_item_id
.....
## Detail 0 ##
java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00907: missing right parenthesis




STEPS
-----------------------
With profile 'ASO: Require Service Reference on Add to Quote', set to Yes

 
Do the following:
1. Log into Quoting User
2. Create quote
3. click on the Add Service to Previous purchase
4. Select Product Reference From 'Product Catalog'
4. Get Exception Error - Error is with missing right parenthesis.
