Requesters not able to create and submit requisitions from iProcurement.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected, Requesters should be able to create and submit requisitions from iProcurement.

STEPS

1.Navigate to iProcurement Responsibility -> iProcurement Home page -> Shop -> Non-Catalog Request
2.Enter item details and click on Add to Cart
3.click on View Cart and Checkout
4.Click on Checkout from Shopping Cart page
5.Click on Next from Checkout: Requisition Information page
6.Next page doesn't open.
