Sourcing Supplier Responsibility Not Showing In Supplier User Account When Using ISupplier Portal (Doc ID 2595292.1)

Symptoms

Sourcing Supplier responsibility not showing in supplier user account when using iSupplier portal

 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Created Supplier user account and assigned : iSupplier portal Full Access responsibility
2. The iSupplier portal Full Access responsibility  Is working fine.

But the Sourcing Supplier responsibility Is not shown in the supplier user account
3. The needed  setup as external responsibility and all profile options are okay .
