Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version, Production Planning

After client applied patch 29547888:R12.AHL.B when attempting to push to production
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Scheduled start date is mandatory
Scheduled End date is mandatory


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Register Test MR with Visit.
2. Perform P2P.
