'Item Substitution for Batches' program should calculating correct quantities for the substitution item
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define an Item substitution list in the Formulator setup with immediate effective date (The substitute Item should replace the Original Item on 1:1 basis)
2. Create a Batch using the formula associated with the Item substitution
3. Move the effective date to sometime in the future (30 days from today)
4. Run the 'Item Substitution for Batches' program
