ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When try to do 'Direct Org Transfer' with LPN formation by transaction open interface, records stuck in Open Interface without error messages.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Direct Org Transfer transactions can be transacted successfully by Open Interface.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Inventory Super User
2. Navigation : Transactions -> Transaction Open Interface
3. Direct Org Transfer transactions stuck in Transaction Open Interface without error messages.
