Recurring Period Setup at Public Template Level is Not Working as Expected (Doc ID 2595703.1)

Two public templates should be applied to the employee. Regular Template which has Weekly recurring period and Overtime Template which has Monthly recurring period. "Self Service Timecard Period for Worker" is Weekly at preference level.
When user selects Overtime template, the Monthly Recurring Period is not displayed. User is still viewing the Weekly Period. Expected that user view Weekly recurring period when he selects Regular Template, and Monthly recurring period when he selects Overtime Template.
