PIM Does Not Restrict Subinventories And Locators In Work In Process Source List For An Item (Doc ID 2595962.1)

On :  12.1.3 version, Catalog items

PIM does not restrict subinventories and locators in Work In Process source list.
When an item has restricted subinventories and locators, the standard oracle form only shows the assigned subinventories and locators in the WIP Supply subinventory list of values and WIP supply locator list of values respectively.
In PIM the list is not restricted, it allows user to select any subinventory and locator, but then does not save the record or give any indication that there is an error or that the record didn't save.

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) Development Manager > Item Catalog > Search for an item > Click on item link > Work in Process attribute group
2. Click on the LOV for WIP Supply subinventory.
3. It shows all the subinventories defined in the organization though the item subinventory association is setup and item is mapped to certain subinventories only.
4. Similarly, the issue is with WIP supply locator also when clicked on it's LOV.
