Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, OTL Setup

Timekeeper group cannot be queried after adding filter

Customer has just upgraded from 11.5.10 to 12.2.7.

None of the timekeeper groups had a filter (Linked To field in the form) before the upgrade.

Now, some timekeepers have added employees to their groups using the filter, and the 'Linked To' record now exists for the group.

The groups where a filter was added can no longer be queried in the form.
Receive 'No Data Found' when querying the groups and they can no longer be maintained unless the group is deleted and completely rebuilt.

Customer has tried running with 'Customizations turned off' (Even if they don't think it's customized), and still cannot query them.

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-01403

Receive 'No Data Found' when querying the groups and they can no longer be maintained unless the group is deleted and completely rebuilt.

Workaround
------------------------------------
Delete timekeeper group and re-create without filter. Very tedious and annoying.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

The groups where a filter was added can no longer be queried in the form.
'No Data Found' when querying the groups and they can no longer be maintained unless the group is deleted and completely rebuilt.
