Symptoms
When entering a Sales Order line, the schedule ship date is defaulting the sysdate including the current time . However, at the time of saving the record, the scheduled ship date remains the same and the time changes to 23:59:59. This is causing a problem at the time of pick release as the pick release form always uses the current date and time . So, an order which was entered to ship today at 10:00 AM will change the scheduled ship date to today 23:59:59 at the time of saving. Therefore, anyone who tries to ship at 2:00 PM will not be able to pick release as the scheduled ship date is in the future.
Changes
This problem affects environments at Release 11.5.9 - Order Management Family Pack I.
