Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR


Upgrade to R12.2.9 from R12.1.3, and having issues with launching/opening Quick Pay Form (PAYWSRQP). Form is spinning after selecting Quick Pay option.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: US Super HRMS Manager

2. Navigation: People > Enter & Maintain > Assignment > Others > QuickPay
