Employees By Element Form Does Not Restrict Data Based on Payroll Security Profile (Doc ID 2596491.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Observed that, the data being pulled out in "Employees By Element" form, doesn't restrict the data based on the Payroll Security Profile attached to the Responsibility.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that, the data being pulled out in "Employees By Element" form, should be restricting the data based on the Payroll Security Profile attached to the Responsibility.

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login using "HRMS Primary Data Administrator (XXXX)" Responsibility, which is attached to the Security Profile which has restriction based on payroll that are attached to Employees assignment.

2. Navigate to View --> Lists --> Employees By Element.

3. Query an Element which is linked and processed in a payroll that is not attached to the Security Profile.

4. Expect the element not to be Picked and displayed.

5. But observed that able to query the element and able to see the person associated to it and their pay value as well.
