Symptoms

On :  12.2.7 version, Receiving Functions

In Receiving Workbench, Receipts  page freezes for a minute or two after selecting the inventory organization and clicking apply button, it then finally throws the following error.

Error Message
Failure of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

Steps to Reproduce
1. (N) Inventory responsibility
2. Inbound > Receiving
3. Select an inventory organization
4. It throws the above error after some time
