Symptoms

In the Auto Accounting form, the following error is raised when running a query:

FRM-40735: POST-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403

Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Setup > Transactions > AutoAccounting.

Run a query and the error is raised.
