Mass Meter Readings page Asset Number LOV is not showing few Asset Numbers. (Doc ID 2596926.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Work Execution

When attempting to search meter details by Entering Asset Number XXXXX that already associated with a meter
the Asset Number LOV is not Showing the Asset details.

Issue occurs with only few specific assets.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Responsibility "Maintenance Super User" -> Tab "Assets" -> Subtab "Mass Meter Readings"
2.Search : Asset Number=XXXXX but Asset Number not shown in the LOV
