Goal
Users now have the functionality of a new Task automatically created based on Service Request Status change.
When unique Task Status Transitions have been defined for a given Task Type, it would be useful to have the ability of creating a Task automatically based on existing Field Service Task Transitions.
For instance -
If the Task status changes from one state to another, it ought to fire a new Task ready for scheduling.
Sometimes customers do not wish their engineers to use the Copy Task functionality for a new task, or the engineer to create a new task manually or through use of pre-defined Templates.
To put it simply, if the engineer changes the Task Status from one state to another, the system ought to create a new task.
