Unique Constraint (HR.PER_RI_B_XREF_ENTITIES_PK) Violated Error When Running "Import HCM Cloud Reference File for Payroll Integration" (Doc ID 2597620.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to run "Import HCM Cloud Reference File for Payroll Integration" to import HCM Cloud data, the following error occurs.

ERROR: Process :PER_RI_B_IMPORT_REFERENCE_DATA failed.
ERROR: Exception occured during Import the Fusion Extract
ERROR: Failed while inserting rows for entity :CrossReference
Caused by :ORA-00001: unique constraint (HR.PER_RI_B_XREF_ENTITIES_PK) violated

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Copy from the seeded Business Object Key Mapping in Fusion application

  2.  Submit Extract in Fusion application
     
  3.  Click Import HCM cloud data in EBS HCM side and then check the log file
  4.  Above error can be seen
