Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Site Management Portal
Create new Site in Site Hub, populate the address. Save and make site
active. Site Hub Geocoder Program completes with warning if if DQM index is
ran it completes without warning. Still no latitude and longitude values are
populated on site.
Site Hub Geocoder Program is ending in warning while creation of new store by
selecting system generated values for latitude and longitude based on the
address. Site is being created and latitude and longitude values are null as
the Site Hub Geocoder Program is ending in Warning
