Manually Entered Parameters Do Not Function With Text Values (Doc ID 2597751.1)

Symptoms

Problem was discovered that when your output parameter is a text value for the manually defined parameters.  That the text value will not be shown.  It works as it is documented when using numeric values but not text values.  An example of the parameter definition is:

<?param@begin:Para_Name;”Test”?> 

This follows the documentation description of the configuration that is needed.
