FRM-41045: Cannot Find Item:Invalid ID While Copying Service Request (Doc ID 2598021.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to copy SR,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"FRM-41045: Cannot find item:Invalid ID"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to (R) Service > Service Request > Find Service Request
2. Search for your SR number
3. Click on Tools menu > Copy SR.
4. Select the details and click on Copy button
