Symptoms


When trying to upload content to the content server, SCORM Adapter are getting the following error on Oracle Learning Management (OLM) Upload page:


ERROR

The server is refusing to process the request because the request data is larger than the server is willing or able to process, or the resource /OA_HTML/OA.jsp does not allow the method POST specified.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Using Oracle Learning management responsibility.

2. Go to Content Administrator tab.

3. Click on Upload button.

4. The content fails.
