When trying to upload content in OLM to the content server SCORM Adapter are getting the error:
ERROR

The server is refusing to process the request because the request data is larger than the server is willing or able to process, or the resource /OA_HTML/OA.jsp does not allow the method POST specified.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Learning management
2. Content Administrator
3. Import content.
4. the content fails.
