"No Message Found!" In ISupport Service Request Under Add A Note Section (Doc ID 2598430.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Service Request


Following Error message shown in iSupport when opening an SR straight away under Add a Note section

ERROR

"No Message found!"



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications as an iSupport user
2. Create a Service Request (SR)
3. Submit SR And Drill into SR
Above Error visible under "Add a note" section*
