In the Equipment Lease application customer performs Lease Amendments.Currently there is no Amendment history capability that currently exists for equipment leases like there is for Property Leases.We need the history to show the Actual Commencement Date, the Amendment Name, Amendment Number, the Old Value of the field that changed, the new value, the system date of the transaction, the person making the change.

This needs to be available as a user accessible screen.
