Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Upon Installation of Ukrainian Add on localization patches, CLE: CA XLA Translation Program is not being installed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
CLE: CA XLA Translation Program should be installed to Use Correspondence Accounting feature in Ukarin Add on Localization.

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Download and Install Ukarin Add on Localization Patch.
2. Check that CLE: CA XLA Translation Program is not being installed.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the feature of Correspondence Accounting.
