Concurrent program 'CLE: Invoice Data Extract File Loader' log file has APPS password in the 2nd System Parameter.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Database Password should not be presented on the log file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run CLE: Invoice Data Extract - XML.
2. Check the Log file of Child Request 'CLE: Invoice Data Extract File Loader'.
