Symptoms

When attempting to create a new contract the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Projects Contracts Super User responsibility >
2. Create a "New Blank Contract Document"
3. Error occurs
